Windsurfing sails
make
incredible billboards. Windsurfers are fast, eye-catching, and visible
on the water. When rigging on shore, I'm often approached by people
walking their dogs, enjoying the beach, or walking by - they've seen me
zipping across the water and have questions about the sport. I'm glad
to answer, and have persuaded quite a few folks to give it a try and
take some lessons. This positive image can work for your brand. I sail
locally in Bellingham, regionally throughout the Puget Sound region and
in British Columbia, as well as in the Columbia River Gorge, the San
Francisco Bay Area, and race at events on the West Coast and beyond
(which usually attract large crowds of spectators). In addition, there
is exposure through pictures published on windsurfing-related websites
and in magazines. Don't you think your logo could make an impact being seen by hundreds of people on and near the water's edge? |
| And of course, I have to get to the water. My gear trailer would also make a fine billboard for your sign. It's definitely eye-catching (I get lots of questions and positive comments in parking lots and at gas stations). I cover at least 8,000 miles each year traveling to events and sailing locally - take advantage of the opportunity to present your company to a captive audience in this way. |
